What to do if your callback is not answered:
- If this is a 1st attempt callback but there is no answer - leave a voicemail saying this is our first attempt and we will call again tomorrow, and transfer to the 2nd attempt queue, e.g. Retail Callback > 2nd attempt
- If this is a 2nd attempt callback but there is no answer - leave a voicemail saying this is our second attempt and we will call again tomorrow, and transfer to the 3rd attempt queue
- If this is a 3rd attempt callback but there is no answer - leave a voicemail saying this is our third attempt and we are sorry to have missed them. If they still require assistance they should request another callback or go to liverpoolfc.com/contact for more options.
